Leslie loves "giving back" to her community as a mentor and teacher, particularly with teens and young adults. Beginning as Creator/Artistic Director of a Summer Youth Arts Employment Project that provided summer job opportunities with training in all aspects of theatre through a production of "The Wiz", to co-creating "Wanna Play" performing arts camps for a Windsor theatre company, to working with students in schools to create new theatre productions (SWAGGOR - Students With A Genuine Grip On Reality), volunteering as a performance coach for BKIA (Black Kids In Action) performing arts group and as lead mentor, technical dance instructor, assistant director and over all "clean up lady" for ACT (Arts Collective Theatre). She is available for workshops, master classes and private coaching in modern dance and acting techniques, and, voice and movement for actors.
